What is this?
The yellow one is a house.
What about this one?
It’s a black hole? … No, it’s a tunnel and it has lots of sparkles. They’re walking with a flashlight.
Who’s in there?
Me and you. And we’re already at the end of the tunnel. And at the end of the tunnel, it’s that one.
What is that one?
It’s a big beautiful swan to give you whatever you want: your wish. And me and Mama wish for a lot of attention (from each other), a beautiful house, and have a wonderful day.
That’s nice. And how about our health and strength?

What does it make you feel?
Happy.
When you painted it. Which part of it was what you portrayed as happiness?
The tunnel, and this (the “magical” swan).
What happened in the house to get to the tunnel?
We put our shoes on, and imagine our house right here, and then we’re like walking. Then if we forget our flashlight we go back… And then I got it. Walking in the tunnel, and there might be some bats?
What do you know now because of it? What did it tell you about your life and how you feel.
It told me I was kinda daydreaming. My daydreams I could always … art, signing … but I’m not very good at something else … sports.
Do you like sports?
I don’t really like it. I like painting and singing.

And then she began arranging her canvases in different configurations.
First, she put them together like Mickey Mouse. Then she put them in a line. Then she began to stack them one on another.
I thought it was a brilliant idea to glue them together.
It reminded me of the way I come to know things. Sometimes I have to give it a try, arrange and then rearrange.
This week my "knot" is a reflection of Azlyn's Art and the A/r/t/ography process.
Over the next week, I look forward to getting back to my main painting project to guide me in articulating my research interest proposal, along with the other forms of inquiry we're pursuing in the course right now.
